6 Things You Must Measure In Business

Business success, who does not want to? Everyone who runs a business will want success. For this reason, here are six things you must measure in business to achieve a successful business.

Four ways to measure profitability and grow your business

1. Measure Customer Satisfaction

Customer satisfaction is the only six step measure that will connect you to the relevance of your work. If the customer is not satisfied, then everything we do will be in vain. Because customer satisfaction is very closely related to the success of the business being run.

2. Measure Employee Satisfaction

Employee satisfaction is an outstanding driver of every performance result. If an employee is unhappy or their demands are not met, then it is difficult for them to care about organizational performance.

3. Measure Cash Flow

Cash flow is the most important aspect in business. Maintaining a smooth financial flow requires structuring almost every aspect of the business, from managing accounts receivable, to finding credit facilities, to managing inventory. The point of successful cash flow management is managing the flow of money in and out of your company. Increasing cash flow will reduce the amount of fixed capital needed to sustain a certain level of your business. A steady increase in cash flow will also create predictable business patterns, making it easier to plan and budget for future growth.

4. Measure Product

Products have the most important meaning in business. Because without the product, the company will not be able to do anything from its business. Buyers will buy the product if they feel it is suitable, therefore the product must be adapted to the wants or needs of the buyer so that the product marketing is successful. In other words, product creation is better oriented to market desires or consumer tastes.

5. Measure the Cycle of Time

The time needed to produce or deliver a product or service to your customers is something you must measure. It is not just about fulfilling the time commitments you make for your customers. This is about how well you manage your time.

6. Measure Wasted Time

Wasted time is a measure of how much time you spend doing things that should not be done. Ideally you would measure it as a proportion of the available work time. Because time is an opportunity that you must use as well as possible.
